Small Group Personal Training & Large Group Fitness Sessions
At The Feel Good Factory, we prioritise creating an exclusive, focused, and supportive environment for all our members. During the times listed in the schedule below, Studio 1 will be exclusively reserved for the scheduled class or training session.
What This Means:
Dedicated Space : When a session is in progress, the entire Studio 1 space is reserved solely for the participants of that session.
No Distractions : To ensure the best experience for our members, no other personnel, members, or staff will be allowed to enter or remain in Studio 1 during these times.
Enhanced Focus : This policy helps create an optimal environment for focus, motivation, and safety during every workout.
Enhanced Focus : Sessions range between 40–60 minutes, providing ample time for warm-up, workout, and cool-down in a completely private setting.
Important for Gym Members:
If you are coming to use the gym outside of these sessions, we kindly ask that you plan your visits around the Studio 1 timetable. While Studio 1 will be unavailable during these times, other areas of the gym remain fully open for use. Please refer to the schedule below when planning your workout to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

Studio 1 will reopen for general use immediately after each session ends.

Book your spot in advance to secure your place in one of our popular sessions.
